ABSTRACT

Objective : This study aims at establishing the most effective organization type by grasping the effect factors on the work orientation of rehabilitation therapist, job satisfaction, and organization commitment.Methods : Data was collected by using the self-reported questionnaire towards 340 occupational therapists and physical therapists. Measurement instrument was composed of questions on the work orientation. Validation was conducted through confirmatory factor analysis. Reliability, coefficient, Cronbach was confirmed through analysis. In order to verify the causality of factors, influencing the work orientation, analysis was conducted through covariance structure analysis.Results : Division justice has significant effect on the organization commitment, but doesn’t have significant effect on the job satisfaction. Procedure justice has significant effect on the job satisfaction and organization commitment. Job association is strong, it has significant effect on the organization commitment. Autonomousness is high, it has significant effect on the job satisfaction, but doesn’t effect on the organization commitment.Conclusion : The most important factor to explain the organization commitment was the job satisfaction, and the sequences of important explanation factor were procedure justice, job association, division justice, and education.
