ABSTRACT

Objective: This study analyzes factors restricting return to work using ICF core set-vocational rehabilitation for stroke patient living in the community. Methods: Questionnaires used ICF core set-vocational rehabilitation modified questionnaires used by Kim(2007). Two hundred questionnaires were distributed. 144(72.00%) were collected. Results: When we compared factors related activity and participation factors to analyze restricting stroke patients' return to work, found a positive correlation in b1(mental function), b7(neuromuscular skeleton and motor related function), e3(support and relationship). Conclusion: To induce community participation via return to work of stroke patients, occupational therapy interventions to improve patients’ physical, mental function based on family, therapist and social support and encouragement are necessary.
